Поставка товару здійснюється за рахунок та автотранспортом ПРОДАВЦЯ на склад ПОКУПЦЯ. Поставка проводиться за адресою: 42073 Сумська обл. Роменський р-н, с. Перехрестівка, вул. Вишнева, буд. 19. ПРОДАВЕЦЬ повинен поставити ПОКУПЦЮ товар, якість якого відповідає вимогам ДСТУ/ГОСТ, або ТУ і має супроводжуватись декларацією виробника ( або свідоцтвом про якість товару, або якісним посвідченням).Огірки мають бути свіжими, чистими, не в'ялими, без будь- яких пошкоджень, достатньої зрілості. Плоди з зеленим забарвленням зовні та білим в середені, але не перезрілі, щільні, тверді. Не допускаються плоди з ознаками захворюваннь: цвілі, гнилі, без перевищеного вмісту хімічних речовин. Всі огірки партії повинні бути приблизно однакового розміру, розмір середній, відповідно до сорту, але не перевищувати 14 см. Неякісний товар не приймається та повертається Постачальнику одразу при поставці. Строк поставки товару за заявками Покупця до 28 серпня 2026 року. Розрахунок за товар здійснюється лише після його фактичного отримання Покупцем на підставі належним чином оформлених рахунків- фактур та видаткових накладних Продавця протягом 10 банківських днів з моменту отримання товару та відповідних документів, що є підставою для оплати.
