Обект на настоящата обществена поръчка е Периодично техническо обслужване , включващо– профилактика , ремонт (Основен и текущ) , осигуряване резервни части на 15 (петнадесет) броя Моторни Превозни Средства , собственост на „Северноцентрално държавно предприятие”ДП–гр.Габрово, стопанисвани от ТП„ДГС Бяла”–гр. Бяла за срок от 12 (дванадесет) календарни месеца”, чрез открита процедура за възлагане на обществени поръчки, при която всички заинтересовани лица могат да подадат оферта. Провеждането на предвидената в ЗОП процедура гарантира публичност и прозрачност при разходването на финансовите средства, предвид обстоятелството, че Участник в процедурата за възлагане на обществена поръчка може да бъде всяко българско или чуждестранно физическо или юридическо лице или техни обединения, както и всяко друго образувание. С цел да се осигури максимална публичност, респективно да се постигнат и най - добрите за Възложителя условия, обществената поръчка ще се възложи именно чрез посочения вид процедура, целта, на която от друга страна е да защити обществения интерес посредством осъществяване на контрол върху разходването на средства и едновременно с това да насърчи конкуренцията, като създаде равни условия и прозрачност при участието в процедурата. Предвид стойността на конкретната обществената поръчка, Възложителят прилага предвидените в закона правила за открита процедура и при стриктно спазване на общите разпоредби и основните принципи при възлагането на обществени поръчки. Видът на процедурата е избран съобразно прогнозната стойност на обществената поръчка и прогнозните стойности на всички планирани от възложителя обществени поръчки със идентичен и/или сходен предмет и в изпълнение на Заповед № 032/04.02.2026 г. на Директора на СЦДП ДП, гр.Габрово. Редът за определяне на прогнозната стойност на обществените поръчки е съобразен с разпоредбите на чл. 21 от ЗОП. Обект на настоящата обществена поръчка е „услуги” по смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 3 от ЗОП
