Preparation of a report on the conformity assessment of investment projects with the basic requirements for construction and supervision of construction works on the site: "Reconstruction of the roadway of street O.T.15-O.T.25-O.T.28, including the street water main in the section, village Topolnitsa, Petrich Municipality"

Based on Art. 137, para. 1, item 3, sub. 'a', 'b', and 'g' of the ZUT and Art. 6, para. 2, item 8 and Art. 7, para. 1 of Ordinance No. 1 of July 30, 2003, on the nomenclature of types of construction, the construction is categorized as a third-category construction. According to Art. 5, para. 6, item 2.3.1, 2.3.3, 4.3.1, and 43.3 of the Rules for the procedure of registration and maintenance of the Central Professional Register of Builders (PRVVPCRS), the construction is assigned to the second group: transport infrastructure constructions and to the fourth group: public utility infrastructure, hydraulic engineering, and environmental protection constructions. In fulfillment of this public procurement, the Contractor shall carry out the qualitative and timely execution, in full compliance with the current regulatory framework and the requirements of the Contracting Authority, of the following activities: Performing a conformity assessment of all parts of the investment project with the basic requirements for constructions for the construction – subject of the procurement, in scope and content according to ZUT, including conformity assessment and technical control of the structural part according to Art. 142 para. 10 of ZUT if necessary, and preparing a comprehensive report on the performed conformity assessment; Assisting the Contracting Authority in the procedure for approval and authorization of the investment project, and issuance of a Building Permit; Exercising construction supervision during construction until the acceptance and commissioning of the construction – subject of the procurement, within the mandatory scope regulated in ZUT, the subordinate normative acts for its application, and other relevant normative documents; Performing a conformity assessment with the basic requirements for constructions of all parts of the investment project, prepared if necessary due to changes in the approved investment project within the scope of significant deviations under Art. 154, para. 2 of ZUT during construction, for the construction – subject of the procurement, in scope and content according to ZUT, including conformity assessment and technical control of the structural part according to Art. 142 para. 10 of ZUT if necessary, and preparing a comprehensive report on the performed conformity assessment; Assisting the Contracting Authority in the procedure for approval and authorization of all parts of the investment project, prepared if necessary due to changes in the approved investment project within the scope of significant changes under Art. 154, para. 2 of ZUT during construction, and supplementing the issued Building Permit; Performing the functions of a Safety and Health Coordinator in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 2 of 2004 on the minimum requirements for healthy and safe working conditions during construction and assembly works, including the performance of all obligations of the Contracting Authority provided for in the aforementioned Ordinance; Preparing the Final Report for the construction, according to Art. 168, para. 6 of ZUT and §3 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of Ordinance No. 2 of July 31, 2003, on the commissioning of constructions in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and assembly works, equipment, and construction sites, Technical Passport for the construction according to Art. 176a of ZUT and Ordinance No. 5 of 2006 on technical passports of constructions, and Report on the implementation of the Construction Waste Management Plan according to Annex No. 6 of the Ordinance of 05.12.2017 on the management of construction waste and the use of recycled construction materials; Managing the processes of commissioning the construction until the issuance of the Use Permit for the construction – subject of the procurement; Preparing and submitting Reports and opinions upon request from the Contracting Authority; Managing the processes of rectifying defects of the construction within the warranty periods according to Ordinance No. 2 of July 31, 2003, on the commissioning of constructions in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and assembly works, equipment, and construction sites; Performing administrative requirements in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.
