1. Payment for the Goods shall be made according to the invoice (invoice) issued by the Supplier. The Buyer shall pay for the actually received Goods within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse and receipt of the payment invoice.
2. The Supplier shall deliver the Goods to the Buyer in full compliance with the submitted application within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's application.
3. The Customer requires the selection winner to provide the Customer with a contract performance guarantee in the form of an electronic document according to the sample form no later than the contract conclusion date, but in any case before the contract conclusion deadline. The amount of the bank guarantee is 3 (three) percent of the contract price. The electronic bank guarantee must be provided in accordance with the requirements of the Laws of Ukraine "On Electronic Documents and Electronic Document Management" and "On Electronic Identification and Electronic Trust Services". The electronic bank guarantee must be signed by the qualified electronic signature (QES) of the Guarantor Bank or in a file format suitable for verifying the authenticity of the bank guarantee issuance by the bank and applying the QES of the authorized official of the guarantor bank, and sent to the Customer by email to: torgi@izmport.com.ua Failure to provide the contract performance guarantee by the selection winner and/or failure to correct the Customer's remarks (if any) to the text and/or content of the bank guarantee before the deadline for concluding the contract with the selection winner of the request will be grounds for rejecting the proposal of the selection winner in accordance with subparagraph 2 of paragraph 64 of the Procedure for forming and using the electronic catalog, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 14.09.2020 No. 822.
4. The country of origin of the goods cannot be the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, or the Islamic Republic of Iran. By submitting a proposal, the participant confirms that the proposed goods are not goods originating from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, or the Islamic Republic of Iran, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 822.
