Sour cream (Shukhevycha) (15550000-8 Miscellaneous dairy products)

Delivery schedule: during 2026. Approximately - twice a week, in batches, according to the Customer's preliminary requests within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the order. The goods must comply with the safety and quality indicators for food products established by the regulatory legal acts of Ukraine, technical conditions and state standards. A quality certificate, conformity certificate or other similar document confirming the compliance of the goods with the requirements established for them by mandatory norms and rules in Ukraine must be issued in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. The quality certificate shall indicate the name of the manufacturer, the date of shipment, the name and grade of the product, the type of packaging, the date and time of manufacture, storage conditions, shelf life, and compliance with specific regulatory documentation. The quality of the goods upon delivery must be confirmed by quality certificates attached to each delivery note.
The goods must be delivered to the institution in undamaged packaging that corresponds to the nature of the goods, ensures their integrity and preserves their quality during transportation.
The shelf life of the goods at the time of delivery must be at least 90% of the total shelf life. The shelf life must be indicated in the accompanying documentation.
Delivery of products must be carried out by the Supplier's specialized transport in accordance with the rules for transporting food products. The driver and accompanying persons must have a sanitary book with a valid stamp at the time of each delivery of each batch of goods and present it upon request of the customer, and be provided with sanitary clothing.
Prices are indicated per kilogram of goods (including VAT) taking into account taxes and fees payable or to be paid, transportation costs, loading and unloading operations, and tariffs.
Place of delivery of goods: Zhytomyr, Roman Shukhevych St., 2a, hospital canteen.
If the goods are found to be of poor quality or not in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Supplier is obliged to replace such goods. All costs associated with replacing goods of proper quality (transportation costs, etc.) are borne by the Supplier.
