Повнораціонний сухий корм для собак FARMINA TEAM BREEDER N&D TROPICAL SELECTION DOG SALMON ADULT MEDIUM/MAXI - 200 кг
Якість товару повинна відповідати вимогам відповідних діючих нормативних документів (ГОСТ, ТУ, тощо) та чинному законодавству України. Товар повинен бути заводського виконання, новим, без механічних пошкоджень, ремонту, відновлення тощо та не бути у попередній експлуатації.
Постачальник забезпечує пакування товару, яке необхідне для запобігання його пошкодженню або псуванню під час транспортування до кінцевого пункту призначення.
Доставка товару замовнику і його розвантаження здійснюється за рахунок переможця. Переможець сплачує усі витрати, пов`язані з пересилкою документів (договорів, сертифікати, накладні і т.д.) через кур`єрську службу з адресною доставкою ( «Нова пошта» або ін).
Строк поставки товару – в 3-х денний термін з моменту отримання заявки від Замовника виходячи з його необхідності (листом, факсом, електронною поштою тощо), але у будь-якому разі не пізніше 31.05.2026 року.
Фактом подання цінової пропозиції Учасник гарантує, що країною походження Товару, який буде поставлятися Замовнику, як на дату поставки, так і на дату укладення Договору не є російська федерація / республіка білорусь / ісламська республіка іран.
