В обхвата на обществената поръчка се включва упражняване на строителен надзор при изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи на обект: „Подпорна стена за укрепване на кв. 17 между о.т. 40–45, с. Бяла река, община Рудозем“. Обектът представлява изграждане на стоманобетонна подпорна стена, предназначена за укрепване на участък от уличната инфраструктура в с. Бяла река, община Рудозем. Съгласно техническата спецификация подпорната стена се състои от общо 19 ламели, с обща дължина 95,00 м и височина от 3,00 м до 4,00 м. Предвидено е изграждане на новопроектирана стоманобетонова подпорна стена, включително изпълнение на необходимите конструктивни, дренажни и съпътстващи дейности, свързани със стабилизиране и укрепване на засегнатия участък. Необходимостта от изпълнение на строително-монтажните работи е обусловена от компрометиране и деформиране на съществуващата стена под улицата, както и на уличната настилка в обхват от 95 м, вследствие на продължителни проливни дъждове.
