"Implementation of construction and installation works for the construction of a protected boat harbor, east of UPPs I, kv. 2b /PI with identifier 07079.662.9616/ according to the plan of PZ "Yug-Iztok", Burgas city, in the adjacent Black Sea waters"

The subject of the present public procurement is the execution of construction and installation works for the construction of a Protected boat harbor, east of UPI I, kv. 2b /PI 07079.662.9616/ according to the plan of PZ "Yug-Iztok", Burgas city, in the adjacent Black Sea waters. A classic solution has been chosen to create a water area protected from waves, currents, and silting with two converging breakwaters: a G-shaped northern breakwater and a southern breakwater with a anti-diffraction spur. The G-shaped breakwater includes a body with a nominal length of 190 m and a wing with a nominal length of 244 m. The southern breakwater is straight with a nominal length of 185 m. An anti-diffraction spur with a length of 65 m is built at its head, creating a small outer harbor of 70x34.5 m. The entrance to the boat harbor is 34.5 m wide. Numerous filtration openings are provided in the bodies of the breakwaters to improve water exchange in the protected water area. Red and green navigation lights are installed at the entrance to the boat harbor. In the water area of the boat harbor, there are 4 floating pontoon piers (A, B, C, and D) with a length of 108 m each for mooring boats on the water. The floating piers are of the pontoon type. They are anchored with deadweight anchors and it is generally possible to move them if necessary. Piers B and C are equipped with fingers. The piers are anchored with a system of embedded deadweight slab reinforced concrete anchors weighing 3 tons. Each pier consists of 9 pontoons, each 12 m long and approximately 2.70 m wide. The floating pontoons and their accompanying elements are a comprehensive delivery from a company selected by the Client. The subject of the present project are only the deadweight anchors for their mooring. The pontoons are installed at a distance of approximately 2 m from the quay. Access to them is via metal gangways (bridges), also a ready-made delivery. A rear area with a total area of about 9.9 decares is planned, where the port facilities will be located: an administrative building, a workshop, a fish exchange for the first sale, ice generators, toilets, parking for cars and trolleys, a dry dock for boats, a checkpoint with its own sanitary unit, etc., in accordance with the regulatory requirements for the first sale of fish and fish products. A ramp (slipway, hauling-out slip) is also planned, a travel lift pit with a lifting capacity of up to 25 tons, and a G-shaped crane with a lifting capacity of 10 tons, enabling the launching of vessels and their hauling out for storage or repair. G-shaped two-ton cranes for unloading catch are also provided. In the mooring areas for vessels, power and water supply columns are provided for the needs of fishermen. Safe operation is ensured by fire hydrants, fire boards on the piers, sailor's ladders on the quays, and life buoys. In the area of the anti-diffraction spur, there is a container-type gas station with 2 places for refueling boats. There are also places for charging boats with electric motors. A reception column for collecting wastewater from vessels, waste containers (small and large), a channel pumping station (CPS) for pumping wastewater into the city sewage system, a transformer substation, a green area, fencing, lighting, and video surveillance are planned.
