Подходящо определената оптиминална технология и организация на работа ще гарантира срочно и качествено изпълнение на всички строителни работи, предвидени за изпълнение. При изпълнението на строителните работи ще се прилагат традиционните технологии на изпълнение регламентирани в ПИПСМР. Площите на улицата ще бъдат изпълнени от асфалтова настилка в два пласта по 4 см плътен асфалтобетон и 6 см неплътен асфалтобетон /биндер/. Същите се ограничават с бетонови бордюри 15/25 см върху бетонова основа към страната на улиасфалтовата настилка.Тротоарните настилки се изпълнява от вибропресовани бетонови павета /плочи/ тип „бехатон“ сдебелина 6 см. върху дрениращ пясъчен слой, уплътнен на пластове до 10 см и пласт от заклинен трошен камък (трошенокаменна настилка) със зърнометричен състав от 0÷40 мм. Технологичният процес по изграждането на асфалтовите пластове включва следните етапи: Подготовка на основата. Полагане на асфалтовата смес. Уплътняване на асфалтовата смес. Основата трябва да бъде приета от Възложителя. Същата трябва да е почистена от прах, кал и други замърсявания с четки и метли. Непосредствено след извършената подготовка на повърхността се прави разлив на битумна емулсия от гудронатор, работещ под налягане. Асфалтова смес трябва да се полага съгласно изискваната дебелина и равност, достигане на проектните нива, както е обозначено в работните чертежи и количествени сметки.
