Original language: bgВ обхвата на проекта се планира внедряване и предоставяне на услуги, свързани с разпечатване и копиране на документи, чрез предоставени за ползване от изпълнителя многофункционални машини (копир, принтер, скенер), използващи мрежово принтиране и копиране и пълно сервизно обслужване в цялата структура на НОИ. В обхвата на проекта не е предвидено придобиване на собственост върху използваните продукти и техника, нито за периода на договора, нито след неговото прекратяване/ изтичане. Проектът е насочен към осигуряване на следните услуги: Услуги по осигуряване на печат, копиране, сканиране и факс за нуждите на структурата на НОИ; За изпълнение на проекта изпълнителят на услугите трябва да предостави за своя сметка устройства от следните типове и количества: ТИП 1 – монохромно лазерно/лед многофункционално устройство (среден клас) формат А4 – 392 броя; ТИП 2 – цветно лазерно/лед мултифункционално устройство формат А4 (среден клас) – 18 броя; ТИП 3 – монохромно лазерно/лед мултифункционално устройство (висок клас) формат А4 – 243 броя общо, от които 71 броя трябва да са с контрол на достъпа, т.е. карточетец; ТИП 4 – монохромно лазерно/лед мултифункционално устройство (висок клас) формат А4 – 74 броя общо, от които 70 броя трябва да са с контрол на достъпа, т.е. карточетец; ТИП 5 – монохромно лазерно/лед мултифункционално устройство формат А3 – 35 броя; ТИП 6 – документен скенер среден клас – 50 броя София град; ТИП 7 – цветно лазерно/лед мултифункционално устройство (среден клас) – 1 брой София град Общо количество устройства от всички типове – 813 броя, за които Изпълнителят на услугите осигурява техническо сервизно обслужване с влагане на резервни части, консумативи и фотокопирна хартия формат А4 и А3 за своя сметка. Общото количество на всички устройства за доставяне са 813 броя, като предвидените за ТП на НОИ – София град 103 устройства трябва да бъдат доставени не повече от месец преди стартирането на поддръжката, което е 20.12.2026 г. Изискванията на Възложителя са подробно описани в Техническата спецификация на Възложителя.
