Original language: bgАбонаментно сервизно поддържане на автоматични пожароизвестителни, газсигнализиращи и пожарогасителни инсталации и Централизирана системата за мониторинг изградени в производствени и административни обекти на територията на „ТЕЦ Марица изток 2” ЕАД, съгласно технически изисквания за срок от 3 години. Възложителят ще сключи рамкови споразумения поотделно с трима потенциални изпълнители, класирани от първо до трето място включително, при условие, че са налице достатъчен брой оферти, които отговарят на предварително обявените условия на Възложителя. При условие, че не са налице достатъчен брой участници, които отговарят на критериите за подбор, или достатъчен брой оферти, които отговарят на предварително обявените условия на Възложителя, то Възложителят може да сключи рамково споразумение и с по-малко от трима потенциални изпълнители. За сключването на всеки конкретен договор, който се възлага по рамковото споразумение, Възложителят ще проведе вътрешен конкурентен избор, като изпраща покана за участие до всички лица, с които има вече сключено рамково споразумение съгласно чл. 82, ал. 4 от ЗОП, и ще определя изпълнител на съответния договор на база критерий: „най-ниска цена“. Възлагането на вътрешния конкурентен избор става при стриктно следване условията на рамковото споразумение, като договорите, сключвани въз основа на него, не могат да му противоречат, нито да изменят съществено условията му. Рамковото споразумение ще се сключи на стойност до 2 430 390,00 /два милиона четиристотин и тридесет хиляди триста и деветдесет/ евро, включваща максималната прогнозна стойност без ДДС на всички договори за обществени поръчки, предвидени за целия срок на действието му.
