Fresh bananas, first grade, green, from 20 cm, fruit diameter not more than 4 cm

Delivery of goods under this Agreement is carried out in batches according to the Customer's request within 5 (five) working days from the moment it is sent to the Supplier. The request is sent by sending an email from the Customer's email address to the Supplier's email address. Proof of receipt of the request is considered a confirmation email about the receipt of the request from the Supplier within one working day. In the absence of such an email within the specified period, the Customer's request is considered accepted by the Supplier in full and is subject to execution. Proof of sending the request by the Customer to the Supplier's email address is considered a screenshot of the text information from the Customer's email box, printed on paper, containing information about the time and date of sending such a request, certified in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
Payment for the goods is made in the national currency of Ukraine. Payment for the goods is made only after their actual receipt by the Customer on the basis of properly executed delivery notes from the Supplier within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods and the relevant documents that are the basis for payment. The Supplier's delivery note is considered the basis for payment. In case of delay of budget financing, payment for the delivered goods is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment the Customer receives the budget allocation for financing the procurement to their account.
The country of origin of the goods cannot be the Russian Federation / Republic of Belarus / Islamic Republic of Iran.
