Постачальник повинен поставити Замовнику новий Товар, якість якого відповідає умовам, встановленим чинним законодавством України для цієї категорії Товару. Технічні та якісні характеристики Товару повинні відповідати чинним нормативним актам (державним стандартам / технічним умовам / нормам).
Запропоновані учасником медичні вироби повинні бути сертифіковані та зареєстровані в Україні в установленому порядку . Постачальник гарантує якість товару та його відповідність вимогам Замовника щодо медико- технічних характеристик.
