Design, production and delivery of printed materials, in connection with the execution of the project: “Effective functioning of the Information and Communication Centre - Plovdiv for the period 2024 - 2029”.

The subject of the procurement covers the provision of services for the execution of activities for the design, production and delivery of printed materials, in connection with the execution of the project: “Effective functioning of the Information and Communication Centre - Plovdiv for the period 2024 - 2029”, financed by grant agreement No. BG16RFTA001-1.006-0007-C01/09.05.2024, under the “Technical Assistance” Programme (PTA), implemented by the beneficiary Municipality of Plovdiv. The services under the subject of the procurement are described in detail, and must be performed in full compliance with the technical specification, the draft contract and the templates for the technical and price proposals – an integral part of the public procurement documentation. The contract to be concluded with the participant selected as the contractor for the procurement will have a term of 24 months, or until the maximum permissible value of the Contract is reached, whichever event occurs first. Pursuant to Art. 12, para. 3 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 80, para. 1 of the Implementing Regulations of the Public Procurement Act, the procurement is reserved for participation by specialized enterprises or cooperatives of disabled persons or by business entities whose main objective is the social and professional integration of disabled persons or disadvantaged persons (persons referred to in Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act).
