Преминал е Първи етап от ДСП и кандидатите са допуснати до системата. Провежда се Втори етап: изпращане на покана за представяне на оферти за конкретна обществена поръчка до тези кандидати, които са били квалифицирани/допуснати. Ограничената процедура цели възлагане на 24 артикула, които са подробно описани в Техническата спецификация - Приложение № 1, част от документацията за участие. Количествата са ориентировъчни. Участниците могат да подадат оферта за един или повече или всички артикул/и, посочени в Техническата спецификация – Приложение № 1. Класирането ще се извършва за всеки артикул поотделно.
