Възложителят открива процедура на основание чл. 79, ал. 1; т.7 от ЗОП - договаряне без предварително обявление с предмет: „Доставка на гориво за дизелови двигатели за извън пътна техника и трактори/дизелово гориво за нуждите на ДП „Кабиюк“ гр. Шумен за срок от три години /2026-2029/ г.“ Обществената Поръчка включва периодична доставка на дизелово гориво за нуждите на на ДП „Кабиюк“ гр. Шумен от датата на сключване на договора чрез Софийска стокова борса. Количеството посочено в решението и техническата спецификация е в размер на 450 000 литра и възложителят си запазва правото да заяви до 20% повече от това количество доставка на горива за дизелови двигатели за извън пътна техника и трактори за срока на изпълнение на договора. Стоката да отговаря на БДС и изискванията за качество посочени в „Наредба за изискванията за качеството на течните горива, условията, реда и начина за техния контрол” приета с Постановление на МС № 156/15.07.2003 г. (ДВ, бр. 66 от 2003г.), изменена и допълнена с ПМС № 192/16.08.2005 г. (ДВ, бр. 69 от 2005г. )
