Original language: bgПри изпълнение предмета на поръчката следва да се извърши: Зимно поддържане на пътища, улици и булеварди на територията на район „Владислав Варненчик“, кметство Тополи и кметство Казашко при Община Варна за срок, обхващащ целия зимен сезон съгласно Техническа спецификация. Дейностите по зимно поддържане на пътища/улици и булеварди се изпълняват в периода от датата на сключване на договора до 31 март 2026г.. Зимното поддържане обхваща общинската пътна и улична мрежа, пътни съоръжения и участъци от републиканските пътища на територията на Община Варна. То включва: прегледи на заявените за използване машини и съоръжения от Възложителя, подготовка на пътищата за експлоатация при зимни условия, осигуряване на необходимите материали, превоз на сандъчета и фигуриране на купчинки от инертни материали на определени места и др.; снегочистене (патрулно и периодично) на пътищата и улиците до постигане на съответните степен и ниво на зимно поддържане, разчистване на преспи и снегонавявания и отстраняване на уплътнени снежно-ледени пластове; обезопасяване на пътищата против хлъзгане; премахване на ледени висулки от подлези и пасарелки; разпръскване на минерални материали и химически вещества, изтегляне на аварирали автомобили от пътното платно до 500 м, обход за оценка проходимостта на пътищата при зимни условия, поставяне на нови знаци, когато е необходима промяна на организацията на движението при затваряне на определен маршрут, събиране и предаване информация за състоянието на пътната мрежа, осигуряване на дежурства в извънработно време и дежурства в празнични и почивни дни през зимния период. Приоритетно снегопочистване на улиците, като маршрутите са определени по общата схема на линиите на градския транспорт и улици и пътища с интензивно движение. Възложителят има право да променя улиците/пътищата за приоритетно зимно поддържане. При изпълнение на поръчката не се включва почистване на тротоарните площи.
