Зимното поддържане на пътищата включва комплекс от мероприятия, насочени към премахване или ограничаване на неблагоприятното влияние на снега и леда върху условията на движение през зимния период. То се изразява в снегозащита на пътища, събиране и предаване на информация за състоянието на пътната мрежа, снегопочистване и разпръскване на минерални материали – опесъчаване, или на химически вещества за стопяване на снега и леда. По Обособена позиция № 1 дейностите по зимно поддържане и почистване ще бъдат осъществявани по отношение на пътна мрежа с обща дължина от 21,560 км., включваща следните местни общински пътища: 1. Общински път PDV1153 /І-8, 9-ти километър – Костиево-Радиново-Бенковски-III-805/ - с дължина от 7.450 км; 2. Общински път PDV2157/ІІІ-805-Войсил-Бенковски/ - с дължина от 2.350 км.; 3. с. Радиново – „Околовръстен път на с. Радиново”- Път „Индустриална зона Радиново - до път от гр. Пловдив до АМ „Тракия” клас общ. - с дължина от 3,00 км.; 4. Общински път PDV1156 /ІІІ-805 – с.Царацово/ - с дължина от 1.400 км.; 5. Общински път PDV2155 /PDV1154, Бенковски-Пловдив/ - ж.п. прелез Царацово-с.Царацово – с дължина от 3.700 км.; 6. Общински път /III-606/с.Строево-с.Труд /II-64/ - с дължина от 2.860 км; 7. Локален път 224.221 – индустриална зона на Карловско шосе – с дължина от 0.800 км. Минималните изисквания към изпълнението на поръчката по всяка една от четирите обособени позиции са указани в Техническата спецификация – Приложение № 1 към документацията. По всяка една обособена позиция договорът влиза в сила от датата на подписването му. Срокът за изпълнение на поръчката по всяка една обособена позиция е за оперативни зимни сезони 2026 – 2027 г., 2027 – 2028 г. и 2028 г. – 2029 г. - до 31.03.2029 г. или до достигане на прогнозната стойност на договора по съответната обособена позиция, което от двете събития настъпи първо.
