Original language: uk1. Підставою для проведення закупівлі є підпункт 2 пункту 8 Загальних положень Особливостей здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11.11.2022 № 1275.
2. Документообіг між сторонами здійснюється за рахунок учасника.
3. Кожен учасник має право подати лише одну пропозицію щодо відповідного лота (частини предмета закупівлі).
4. Тоне місцезнаходження Замовника не розголошується у зв’язку з дією воєнного стану та з міркувань безпеки.
4.1. Ймовірне місцезнаходження та поставки: Полтавська та/або Вінницька область або суміжні з ними області.
5. Кількісні, технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі визначені в документації, зокрема в проєкті договору, який надається до Оголошення, а саме у Додатках № 1 та № 2 до нього.
6. Критерії та методика оцінки пропозицій учасників:
Оцінка пропозицій здійснюється автоматично електронною системою закупівель. Єдиний критерій оцінки — ціна (100 %).
7. Вимоги до учасників та порядок їх підтвердження:
7.1. Учасник, у складі своєї пропозиції, має надати:
7.1.1. Заповнений проєкт договору Замовника «ВЧ А4699 - Проєкт договору - Товар - СЗ - Страйкбольна граната - 2398», у форматі Word, із заповненими полями (блоками), виділеними сірим фоном, включаючи всі додатки.
Цінові показники повинні відповідати загальній вартості пропозиції, поданій через електронну систему закупівель.
7.1.2. Заповнену анкету перевірки контрагента за формою Замовника («АНКЕТА – перевірка контрагента») у форматі Word.
7.2. Кожен документ, поданий у складі пропозиції, повинен бути підписаний КЕП/УЕП уповноваженої особи учасника.
У разі встановлення факту подання учасником недостовірної інформації та/або документів його пропозиція підлягає відхиленню як така, що не відповідає вимогам цього Оголошення.
