Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран.
Постачальник гарантує, що товар, який пропонується до постачання, та умови його виробництва/зберігання/транспортування відповідають вимогам чинного законодавства України щодо безпечності та якості харчових продуктів, зокрема положенням Закону України «Про основні принципи та вимоги до безпечності та якості харчових продуктів.
