Строк поставки ТОВАРУ – партіями, щомісяця, протягом 5 (п’яти) календарних днів з моменту надання письмової рознарядки ЗАМОВНИКОМ. Залишковий термін придатності товару на момент постачання повинен складати не менше 80% загального терміну його зберігання. В оголошенні про проведення закупівлі очікувана вартість зазначається без ПДВ. Для створення рівного конкурентного середовища, учасник повинен вказати ціну пропозиції без ПДВ. Додавання чи не додавання ПДВ до ціни договору, що укладатиметься з переможцем, визначатиметься згідно з діючим, на дату укладання договору, податковим законодавством та статусом реєстрації платником ПДВ такого переможця.
