У разі розбіжностей з вимогами Замовника щодо одиниці виміру товару, обов'язково враховуйте перерахунок кількості відповідно до одиниці виміру, при подачі пропозиції!!!
1.Поставка Товару повторювана, здійснюється окремими партіями згідно з заявкою Замовника та не пізніше 3 (трьох) робочих днів з 9:00 до 14:00 з дати одержання відповідної заявки від Замовника. Обсяг кожної партії визначається Замовником залежно від фактичної потреби. Партією Товару за Договором вважається поставка Товару в обсязі, що визначений за кожною окремою заявкою Замовника.
Заявка на поставку відповідної партії Товару подається Замовником на електронну адресу Постачальника чи за месенджером телефонного номеру (через Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram).
У разі подання заявки Замовником на електронну адресу Постачальника (чи за месенджером телефонного номера (через Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram)) заявка вважається отриманою Постачальником з дати направлення її Замовником на електронну адресу Постачальника.
2. Період поставки товару: з моменту підписання договору до 30.10.2026 року.
3. Місце поставки товару: КНТ «РМЦРЗ» ДОР», 49100, Україна, Дніпропетровська область, м. Дніпро, Космічна, 13.
4. На момент поставки строк придатності продукції повинен складати не менш 80% від загального терміну придатності передбаченого виробником.
Розвантажувальні роботи виконуються за рахунок та силами Постачальника (представниками Постачальника), які супроводжують товар у дорозі в приміщення складу медичного центру
