Перехід права власності на Товар та ризику випадкової загибелі (псування) відбувається в момент передачі Товару уповноваженому представнику Замовника.
При поставці товару Постачальник має надати документ про відсутність Постачальника та його бенефіціарного власника, його члена або учасника (акціонера) юридичної особи у переліку санкцій Європейського Союзу. Зазначена інформація підтверджується шляхом формування файла у форматі PDF на сайті www.sanctionsmap.eu (файл у форматі PDF повинен бути сформований не раніше ніж за чотири дні до дати його подання).
