Дейност 2 – изпълнение на СМР по реализиране на строителството на обекта: Изпълнителят трябва да осигури законосъобразно, качествено и срочно започване, изпълнение и завършване на строителството, включително доставка на строителни продукти, механизация, работна сила и всякакви услуги и дейности, необходими за изпълнение на строителството в съответствие с настоящите технически спецификации и инвестиционните проекти, съгласно Закона за устройство на територията (ЗУТ) и подзаконовите нормативни актове по прилагането му, всички други действащи нормативни документи и Договора за настоящата поръчка.
