Постачальник зобов'язується поставити Товар в повному обсязі, але не пізніше 28.08.2026 року. Товар має бути новим і таким, що не перебував у експлуатації (використанні), терміни та умови його зберігання не порушені. Товар повинен бути в спеціальній упаковці, яка відповідає характеру товару і захищає його від пошкоджень під час поставки. До ціни Товару входять усі витрати Постачальника пов’язані з поставкою Товару, у тому числі на транспортування, пакування, сплату податків, та інших обов’язкових платежів і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені в зв’язку з виконанням цього Договору, також витрати, які несуть треті особи в зв’язку зі здійсненням поставки Товару. Не враховані Постачальником окремі витрати не сплачуються Покупцем окремо та вважаються врахованими у ціни цього Договору. Оплата належним чином поставленого та прийнятого Товару здійснюється Замовником протягом 15 календарних днів з наступного дня після підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів в національній валюті України на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника у порядку, передбаченому постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 09.06.2021 року № 590 із змінами.
