Курчата-бройлери тушки, заморожені, ДСТУ 3143 (15112130-6 Курятина)
Тушки повинні бути вагою не менше 1,8-2,3 кг кожна, чистими, знекровленими, оперення повністю видалене, не пошкоджені та не повинні містити залишків внутрішнього жиру, нирок, легенів, серця, печінки. Не допускається постачання товару, пошкодженого гризунами та шкідниками, з неякісною технологічною обробкою, з наявністю льоду або снігового нальоту, з ознаками повторного заморожування, із зміненим кольором, з ознаками несвіжості (кислим, затхлим, гнилим та сторонніми запахами; з наявністю слизу, плісняви, цвілі, з позеленінням, ослизненням). Кожна тушка курей повинна бути упакована індивідуально у поліетиленовий пакет із зазначенням виробника даної продукції і дати виготовлення товару. Строк придатності не більше 12-ти місяців. Термін кінцевого споживання продукції на момент поставки, не повинен бути меншим 3 (трьох) місяців. Постачання курчат-бройлерів тушки заморожені монолітом, без пакування кожної тушки не допускається. Без ГМО, що має бути зазначено на упаковці. Відповідність вимогам діючого санітарного законодавства України обов`язкова.
