Предметът на обществената поръчка включва доставка на медицинска апаратура - Атомно-Абсорбционна Система за елеманртарен анализ на кръв, кръвна плазма и урина, както и монтаж, настройката, пробно изпитване, контрол на качеството, пускане в действие и въвеждане в експлоатация с всички необходими за експлоатацията принадлежности и консумативи, както и обучение на медицинския персонал и гаранционно обслужване. При откриване на процедурата не е осигурено финансиране, поради което договорът ще се сключи под условие, съгласно чл. 114 от ЗОП. Възложителят ще възложи доставка само при осигуряване на финансиране в срок: 10 месеца след подписване на договора. Възложителят не носи отговорност, в случай че неизпрати възлагателно писмо в посоченият по-горе срок. Участниците следва да представят ценови предложения по-ниски или равни на прогнозната стойност на поръчката. Комисията назначена да проведе обществената поръчка ще приложи реда по чл. 104, ал. 2 от ЗОП, като извърши проверка на техническите и оцени ценовите предложения на участниците преди провеждане на предварителен подбор.
