„Изпълнение на инженеринг - проектиране, строителство и осъществяване на авторски надзор при изпълнение на обект „Основен ремонт на улица „Марица“, с.Горна Хубавка, община Омуртаг от о.т.34 до о.т.27”. ЗАБЕЛЕЖКА: Подробна информация за местоположението на обекта, технически параметри и изисквания са дадени в Техническото задание, което е неразделна част от настоящата документация. Основните видове дейности, включени в предмета на поръчката: Дейност № 1 - Разработване на технически проект по: Част: „Геодезия“ Част: „Пътна”, Част: „Временна организация на движението" Част: „Пожарна безопасност” Част: „ПБЗ“ Част: „ПУСО“ Част: „ПСД” Инвестиционният проект, вкл. измененията и допълненията в него, екзекутивната документация, доклади и документи, придобити от избраният изпълнител и предназначени за ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯ, стават собственост на последния, вкл. и авторските права в пълен обем върху тях, съгласно чл. 42, ал. 1 от Закона за авторското право и сродните му права. Дейност № 2 - Изпълнение на СМР: Изпълнителят следва да изпълни обекта „Основен ремонт на улица „Марица“ , с.Горна Хубавка , община Омуртаг от о.т.34 до о.т.27” съобразявайки се с описаните и oстойностени видове СМР в количествените и количествено стойностни сметки, в това число да изготви цялата необходима документация по време на строителството, съгласно Наредба №3/31.07.2003 г за съставяне на актове и протоколи по време на строителството. Дейност №3 – Авторски надзор - осъществяването на авторски надзор на обекта е съгласно изискванията на чл.162 от ЗУТ с цел осигуряване на успешно изпълнение на проекта и подписване на актове и протоколи съгласно изискванията на Наредба № 3/31.07.2003г. за съставяне на актове и протоколи по време на строителството (Обн. ДВ. бр.72 от 15 Август 2003г., изм. ДВ. бр.37 от 4 Май 2004г., изм. ДВ. бр.29 от 7 Април 2006г., изм. и доп. ДВ. бр.98 от 11 Декември 2012г.) и Наредба № 2/31.07.2003г. за въвеждане в експлоатация на строежите в Република България и минимални гаранционни срокове за изпълнени строителни и монтажни работи, съоръжения и строителни обекти (Обн. ДВ. бр.72 от 15 Август 2003г., изм. ДВ. бр.49 от 14 Юни 2005г., изм. и доп. ДВ. бр.98 от 11 Декември 2012г.) и съгласуване на екзекутивите – изготвени от строителя.
