Original language: bgОбществената поръчка, изпълнима при условията, описани в документацията за участие в процедурата е с предмет: „Доставка на нетни количества активна електрическа енергия (ниско напрежение) и избор на координатор на балансираща група за нуждите на ТП „ДГС – Пловдив” за срок от 36 месеца”. Предметът на настоящата поръчка е сключването на договор с един изпълнител след провеждане на процедура по чл. 18, ал. 1, т. 1 от Закона за обществените поръчки (ЗОП), за избор на доставчик на активна нетна електрическа енергия и на координатор на балансираща група за обекти, предоставени за управление на ТП „ДГС - Пловдив“, териториално поделение на Южноцентрално държавно предприятие град Смолян, както и изпълнение на всички дейности, съгласно изискванията на възложителя, подробно описани в Техническата спецификация. Поръчката се обявява във връзка с Директива 2009/72/ЕО на Европейския парламент и на Съвета от 13 юли 2009 година относно общите правила за вътрешния пазар на електроенергия и за отмяна на Директива 2003/54/ЕО и Глава девета, Раздел VII „Сделки при свободно договорени цени“ от Закона за енергетиката ЗЕ/2003 г.
