Original language: ukРозрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником впродовж 30 днів після поставки товарів та пред'явлення Постачальником накладної (акту приймання – передачі товарів), завіреної печаткою та підписом особи Постачальника, уповноваженої на підписання господарських та фінансових документів. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) Товарів: до 30.08.2026 року включно. Місце поставки товару: Постачальник здійснює поставку та передачу Товару замовнику на умовах DDP (відповідно до Міжнародних правил тлумачення торговельних термінів Інкотермс у редакції 2020 ) за кінцевим місцем призначення, що знаходиться за адресою: м. Житомир.
Країною походження товару не може бути російська федерація/республіка білорусь/ісламська республіка іран.
Товар звільнений від оподаткування податком на додану вартість (ПДВ) згідно з пунктом 32 підрозділу 2 розділу XX Податкового кодексу України тимчасово, на період проведення антитерористичної операції та/або здійснення заходів із забезпечення національної безпеки і оборони, відсічі і стримування збройної агресії російської федерації, та/або запровадження воєнного стану відповідно до законодавства.
