Поставка Товару на підставі Заявки на поставку Товару в строк до 30.04.2026р. Термін поставки Товару – протягом 5-ти робочих днів, з моменту отримання заявки
Термін придатності товару має становити не менше 50 відсотків від вказаного на упаковці. Поставка Товару здійснюється Постачальником за власний рахунок (включаючи завантажувально-розвантажувальні роботи). У разі поставки Товару неналежної якості або Товару, що не буде відповідати вимогам державних стандартів, Постачальник зобов’язується за свій рахунок протягом 3-х робочих днів з дати постачання, усунути недоліки або замінити неякісний Товар на Товар належної якості. Приймання - здача Товару по кількості проводиться відповідно до товаро-супровідних документів (видаткових накладних), Постачальник має надати Замовнику всі необхідні документи (або їх завірені копії) що встановлені чинним законодавством України для даного виду Товару (декларації відповідності / реєстраційні посвідчення / сертифікати якості / тощо). Розрахунок здійснюється шляхом безготівкового перерахунку грошових коштів на рахунок Постачальника не пізніше 15 робочих днів згідно підписаної видаткової накладної при наявності фінансування.
