Строк поставки Товару: протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з дати отримання Постачальником письмової Заявки від Покупця; поставка Товару здійснюється окремими партіями відповідно до замовлення Покупця.
Умови поставки Товару: DDP згідно з «ІНКОТЕРМС. Офіційні правила тлумачення торговельних термінів Міжнародної торгової палати (редакція 2020 року)». Транспортні витрати по доставці Товару в місце поставки включені в ціну Товару. Точна адреса постачання надається Покупцем у заявці після укладання договору.
Загальні вимоги до Товару:
1. Дата виготовлення та термін придатності обов’язково зазначається на етикетці і має бути не менше 3-х місяців з дати виготовлення. Термін придатності Товару на момент поставки має становити не менше 80% від загального терміну зберігання, визначеного виробником.
2. Всі витрати (матеріальні, транспортні та інші), що несе Постачальник, у зв’язку із поставкою Товару та укладанням договору, внесені до ціни договору.
3. Бутлі (тара) передаються Покупцю в тимчасове користування без оплати вартості застави відповідно до партії поставки.
Перелік документів, які надаються при постачанні товару: Постачальник під час поставки Товару надає Покупцю документи, що підтверджують відповідність нормам ДСТУ, ТУ або Державним санітарним нормам і правилам:
- Сертифікат відповідності або Висновок державної санітарно-епідеміологічної експертизи;
- Експертний висновок або Протокол дослідження спеціалізованої установи, що підтверджує показники безпечності та якості води.
Учасники − неплатники ПДВ з метою приведення своєї ціни пропозиції до рівних умов з іншими учасниками-платниками ПДВ розраховують та вносять в електронну систему закупівель наступним чином: ціна пропозиції з урахуванням сум належних податків та зборів, грн. *1,2, де 1,2 - математичне вираження ставки податку на додану вартість (ПДВ - 20 %). У разі, якщо переможець відбору не є платником ПДВ, сума договору становить = ціна пропозиції постачальника за результатами розкриття з урахуванням сум належних податків та зборів, грн. / 1,2, де 1,2 - математичне вираження ставки податку на додану вартість (ПДВ - 20 %).
