By submitting a price proposal, the participant confirms that the proposed goods do not originate from the Russian Federation / Republic of Belarus / Islamic Republic of Iran. Delivery period of goods: - within 1 (one) working day from the date of receipt of the written Application from the Buyer by the Supplier; delivery of Goods is carried out in separate batches according to the Buyer's order. Terms of delivery of Goods: - DDP in accordance with "INCOTERMS. Official rules for the interpretation of trade terms of the International Chamber of Commerce (2020 edition)". Transportation costs for delivery of Goods to the place of delivery are included in the price of the Goods. The exact delivery address will be provided by the Buyer in the application after the contract is concluded. General requirements for the Goods: 1. Bottled drinking water must comply with the State sanitary norms and rules "Hygienic requirements for drinking water intended for human consumption" in force at the time of purchase. 2. The water must be purified and suitable for use in coffee equipment (without risk of excessive scale formation). 3. The goods must be certified in the manner prescribed by law. 4. Packaging and packing: still drinking water bottled in polycarbonate bottles of 18.9 l capacity; • the cap and neck of the bottle are covered with a disposable cap with a corresponding protective polymer sticker, which indicates the identity of the goods and protects them from counterfeiting; • bottles (containers) are transferred to the Buyer for temporary use without payment of the deposit. 5. The shelf life of the Goods for consumption is at least 3 (three) months from the date of its production. 6. All costs (material, transport, and others) incurred by the Supplier in connection with the delivery of Goods and the conclusion of the contract are included in the contract price. List of documents provided during the delivery of goods: The Supplier, upon delivery of the Goods, provides the Buyer with documents confirming compliance with DSTU, TU or State sanitary norms and rules: - Certificate of Conformity or Conclusion of State Sanitary and Epidemiological Expertise; - Expert conclusion or Research Protocol from a specialized institution confirming the safety and quality indicators of water.
