Обхватът на поръчката включва изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи съгласно техническата спецификация, количествените сметки, одобрения инвестиционен проект, издаденото разрешение за строеж и проекта на договор. Подробното описание на всички предвидени дейности за всяка обособена позиция се съдържа в приложените към техническата спецификация документи и в количествените сметки. Предвиждат се дейности по реконструкция и рехабилитация на улични платна, тротоари, бордюри, отводняване, хоризонтална маркировка, пътни знаци и всички съпътстващи строително-монтажни работи, необходими за цялостното изпълнение на обектите. След приключване на строително-монтажните работи строителната площадка следва да бъде почистена, а прилежащите площи – възстановени в проектния им вид. Обектите следва да се изпълняват при спазване на приложимата нормативна уредба, строителните правила и добрата строителна практика. Строежите, предмет на обществената поръчка, са от втора група, 4-та категория, съгласно чл. 9, ал. 1 във връзка с чл. 8, ал. 1, т. 2 от Наредба № 1/30.07.2003 г. за Номенклатурата за видовете строежи.
