Предметът на обществената поръчка включва доставка на груб фураж – люцерна за нуждите на ТП ДЛС „Борово“. Реколтата на доставения груб фураж следва да е 2026г. . Задължително е количествата да се доставят на бали по около 20 кг., цвят зелен, суха. Пълно описание на поръчката се съдържа в Техническата спецификация, неразделна част от тази документация. Предложените цени задължително трябва да включват всички разходи за : транспорт до мястото, посочено за доставка, възнаграждения на предложения от него екип, командировки, консумативи, пътни разходи, необходими за качественото и точно изпълнение на поръчката. Участниците следва да се съобразят с Техническата спецификация, приложена към настоящата документация – Приложение № 1. В случай, че в доставеният от Изпълнителя груб фураж – люцерна има: видими недостатъци, несъответствие на качеството с това от техническата спецификация и/или несъответствие в количествата, ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯТ може да откаже заявката, като отказът ще се документира в констативен протокол, подписан от Изпълнителя и ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯ. В този случай ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯТ няма да дължи възнаграждение за извършената доставка. В този случай ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯТ е длъжен да извърши нова доставка на груб фураж – люцерна без недостатъци и/или с качество, идентично с това от техническата спецификация на ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯ и/или съответните количества в срок до не-повече от 5 /словом : пет/ работни дни , считано от датата на отказа на предходната заявка от страна на ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯ. В случай на доставен от страна на Изпълнителя негоден за употреба груб фураж – люцерна поради изтекъл срок на годност, скрити недостатъци или др. , които не могат да се установят при доставката, това обстоятелство се документира с констативен протокол, подписан от Изпълнителя и ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯ, в едномесечен срок от доставката. В този случай сме Изпълнителя е длъжен да замени за своя сметка описаните в констативния протокол количества негоден за употреба груб фураж – люцерна. Замяната следва да бъде извършена в срок до 5 /словом : пет/ работни дни, считано от деня, следващ датата на подписване на констативния протокол.
