Open procedure "Periodic delivery of medical gases and provision of equipment for their storage and consumption" for UMBAL "St. Ivan Rilski" EAD, Reference number: 46/2025

Periodic delivery of medical gases and provision of equipment for their storage and consumption for 24 months, including 7 products from a list, described in detail in the Technical Specification to the participation documentation. Quantities are indicative, also described in detail in the specification to the participation documentation. The contracting authority is not obliged to purchase them. Funding is from own resources. Each participant submits an offer for all products. Each participant has the right to submit only one offer. Submission of offer variants is not allowed. I/ The contractor undertakes for the entire period of contract execution and within the offered prices for the delivery of medical gases: 1. To provide and install TWO facilities - bottle-less supply systems for oxygen storage and its conversion to gaseous form, as follows: - gasifier with a capacity of 3,000 to 3,500 cubic meters at the hospital site at 15 Akad. Ivan Geshov Blvd.; - gasifier with a capacity of 5,500 cubic meters at the hospital site at 19 Akad. Ivan Geshov Blvd. 2. To carry out technical supervision of the facilities in accordance with the Law on Technical Requirements for Products. 3. To possess a certificate issued by the General Directorate "State Technical Supervision Inspectorate" for the maintenance, repair, and modification of pressure vessels. 4. To perform preventive maintenance at least once a month using its own forces and means and with spare parts at its own expense on the Contracting Authority's premises. The person carrying out supervision must be entered in the register under Art. 36, para. 1 of the Law on Technical Requirements for Products – stating the certificate number. 5. The pressure equipment (tank) must be registered by a technical supervision authority – indicating: name, registration number, owner, certified copy of the inspection book, initial inspection report, current technical inspection report. 6. To deliver the products subject to the contract within the agreed deadlines, using its own or leased transport at its own expense, ensuring compliance with all legal safety requirements. II/ The contractor undertakes to guarantee the suitability of each of the delivered products, in accordance with the current legislation for the trade of medicinal products, which shall be certified by quality certificates from the manufacturer, and to accept all claims from the Contracting Authority.
