Изпълнителят следва да осигури външни експерти в Екипа за управление на проекта, за позициите: - Координатор на проекта; - Финансист; - Технически експерт ВиК мрежи агломерация Съединение; - Технически експерт ПСОВ – Строително – монтажни работи; - Технически експерт ПСОВ – Автоматизация и управление (КИПиА/СКАДА); - Експерт Видимост, прозрачност и комуникация; - Административен сътрудник.
