"Загальний кошторис установи (виділений обсяг фінансування) на придбання 2 100 літрів дизельного палива становить 188 790,00 грн з ПДВ. Відповідно до вимог законодавства, очікувана вартість у цьому оголошенні зазначена без ПДВ і становить 157 325,00 грн. Гранична вартість за 1 літр палива складає 74,9167 грн без ПДВ (що дорівнює 89,90 грн з ПДВ 20%)." Країною походження Товару, який буде поставлятися, не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Відпуск палива здійснюється за талонами єдиного зразка (єдиного бренду емітента). Дія талонів розповсюджується на всю мережу власних АЗС Постачальника, а також на АЗС партнерських мереж, що приймають до обслуговування талони зазначеного бренду, з обов'язковим забезпеченням наявності пунктів заправки у визначених цим Договором географічних локаціях. Відпуск палива Покупцеві має здійснюватися цілодобово (або з урахуванням комендантської години) за талонами, що є підставою для відвантаження нафтопродуктів з усіх АЗС Постачальника (або партнерських мереж АЗС) на всій території України (крім тимчасово окупованих територій), з обов’язковим наданням доступу до АЗС у таких локаціях: • м.
