Original language: ukСтрок поставки Товару (талонів) – з дати укладання договору до 10.04.2026 року, однією партією, згідно асортименту та кількості, визначеної в Специфікації, що є Додатком № 1 до Договору. Місце поставки Товару шляхом передачі (талонів) за місцем поставки, яким є юридична адреса Замовника або на електронну адресу, номіналом 10, 20 літрів, на талонах повинні бути зазначені марка палива та номінал. Передача (відпуск) Палива згідно поставленим талонами здійснюється на стаціонарних АЗС Постачальника, розташованих на території м. Ізюм та м. Харків Харківська область не менше однієї АЗС в радіусі який не перевищує 50 км від місця розташування Покупця 84130, Україна, Донецька обл., м. Святогірськ, вул. Мазепи Івана, будинок 54, приміщення 1, а також на автомобільних дорогах загального користування та крупних містах України. Термін дії (використання) талонів на товар повинен бути не менше 12 календарних місяців від для їх отримання (згідно видаткової накладної). Постачальник гарантує Замовнику прийом проданих ним талонів в своїй мережі АЗС і відпустку по ним товару відповідно до номіналу талонів. Номінал талонів визначається вказаними на ньому видом палива і кількістю палива. Постачальник зобов'язується здійснювати безоплатний обмін талонів на нові за тим же, чи за іншим, по узгодженню з Замовником, номіналом у разі закінчення строку їх дії або проведення оновлення, переобліку, вилучення з обігу, блокування чи інших дій з боку Постачальника щодо виданих талонів як під час дії укладеного Договору. Замовник здійснює оплату за Товар (талонів) в безготівковому порядку за фактом його постачання (передачі). Розрахунок за Товар здійснюється на умовах післяоплати впродовж 30 календарних днів з дати поставки (передачі) Товару та підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін видаткової накладної та з урахуванням вимог п. 19 Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану, затвердженого постановою КМУ від 09 червня 2021 року № 590 (зі змінами та доповненнями). Здійснення попередньої оплати не передбачається. Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
