Талони номіналом по 10 та 20 літрів. Постачальник повинен забезпечити знаходження АЗС з відповідним видом палива в межах міста Зборова. Максимальна віддаленість АЗС не повинна перевищувати 10 (десяти) кілометрів від місця знаходження Замовника (Тернопільська обл., м. Зборів, вул. Б.Хмельницького,13). УМОВИ ОПЛАТИ:Замовник зобов'язується повністю оплатити вартість (ціну) переданої у його власність (поставленої) партії Товару протягом 15 календарних днів з моменту підписання сторонами накладної (видаткової накладної) на переданий у власність (поставлений) Товар, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на банківський поточний рахунок Постачальника. Закупівля проводиться відповідно до Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» з урахуванням постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування», постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.09.2020 № 822 «Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу».
