Товар повинен постачатися 2 рази на тиждень згідно заявок по кожному закладу освіти підпорядкованому відділу освіти Олександрівської селищної ради Кропивницького району Кіровоградської області (відповідно до Додатку №1 до проекту Договору) спеціально обладнаним автотранспортом Постачальника з дотриманням санітарно-гігієнічних умов зберігання та перевезення товару відповідно до заявок з 8.00 до 14:00 год., крім суботи та неділі
При укладанні договору Постачальник повинен надати документи, які видані на його ім’я органом акредитації,акредитованим Національним агентством із акредитації України, чинні на момент підписання договору:
- сертифікат системи управління стосовно торгівлі продуктами харчування та напоями: складування, зберігання та транспортування харчових продуктів категорії харчового ланцюга G та F, що відповідає вимогам ДСТУ ISO 22000:2019 (ISO 2200:2028, IDT) систему керування безпечністю харчових продуктів. Вимоги до будь якої організації в харчовому ланцюзі;
- Атестат про акредитацію органу сертифікації, що здійснював сертифікацію системи управління Постачальника;
- реєстрацію потужності на зберігання на ім’я Постачальника.
