Постачальник гарантує наявність щонайменше однієї АЗС та/або партнерських АЗС на якій здійснюватиметься відпуск пального в радіусі 10 км. від адрес Покупця, а саме:
- 53003, Дніпропетровська обл., Криворізький р-н, с. Новомайське, вул. Вишнева, 1А
- 53700, Дніпропетровська обл., Криворізький р-н, селище Широке, вулиця Казбек 17Б.
Термін дії талонів є необмеженим, або складає не менше 24 місяців з дати укладання Договору з постачання пального (в талонах/скетч-картках) з можливістю безкоштовного подальшого їх обміну на талони/скетч-картки з терміном дії не менше ніж на 12 місяців з дати взяття Постачальником зобов’язань за цим Договором.
