Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIIІ (надалі – Закон) та Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 р. № 1178. Вимоги щодо умов відпуску нафтопродуктів за талонами: Продаж дизельного палива повинен здійснюватися через стаціонарну мережу автозаправних станцій, що призначені для заправки транспортних засобів пальним, відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про затвердження Правил роздрібної торгівлі нафтопродуктами» від 20.12.1997 р. № 1442 (зі змінами та доповненнями). Фактичний відпуск нафтопродуктів буде здійснюватися замовнику/покупцю цілодобово за талонами безпосередньо на власних та/або партнерських та/або орендованих автозаправних станціях учасника/продавця, які розташовані в межах території України. Вимоги щодо талонів: термін дії талонів безстроковий, номіналом 10 л, 15 л, 20 л. Термін дії талонів має складати не менше 1 року. У разі закінчення терміну строку дії невикористаних Покупцем талонів, Постачальник проводить їх обмін на аналогічні з незакінченим строком дії без додаткової за це оплати Покупцем, або продовжує термін їх використання. Для Постачальника обов’язкова наявність не менше однієї АЗС, в межах 2 кілометрів від місця розташування Замовника ( Хмельницька обл., м. Волочиськ, ВУЛИЦЯ СМОТРИЦЬКОГО, будинок 18). Учасник/Постачальник забезпечує протягом п'яти робочих днів безкоштовний обмін талонів рівнозначного номіналу без врахування коливання ціни, як протягом дії Договору так і впродовж терміну. Порядок оплати: протягом 10 календарних днів після постачання товару, згідно видаткових накладних . Строк поставки: не більше 30 календарних днів після укладання договору. Товар, що поставляється не має бути походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран. У разі поставки товару походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран такий товар не приймається Замовником до оплати.
