Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), талон Постачальник зобов’язується передати Покупцю паливні картки в кількості та за номіналом, визначеним Покупцем в заявці, протягом 2 (двох) робочих днів з дня підписання товарно-транспортної накладної та/або накладної та/або акту передачі тощо за власний рахунок на наступну адресу Замовника: м. Хотин, вул. О. Кобилянської, 15В. Строк поставки товару - товар повинен бути поставлений Замовнику протягом 3 робочих днів з дня отримання заявки від Замовника. Термін поставки до 31.12.2026 р. Передача Покупцю товару за цим Договором здійснюється Постачальником на АЗС шляхом заправки автомобілів Покупця при пред’явленні довіреними особами Покупця паливних карток. Територіально кожна АЗС, з якої буде здійснюватися відпуск товару повинна бути розташована в межах м. Хотин Чернівецької області.Замовник повинен здійснити оплату за поставлений товар протягом 30 календарних днів після підписання сторонами товарно-транспортної або видаткової накладної
