Поставка Товару здійснюється згідно з Правилами ІНКОТЕРМС (англійською мовою – INCOTERMS) в редакції 2010 року на умовах поставки «Зі сплатою мита» (англійською мовою скорочено – DDP) у місце поставки, що визначено у Специфікації та зазначене в Заявці. Поставка Товару здійснюється Постачальником партіями за Заявкою Покупця, підписаною уповноваженою особою, у строк, що не перевищує 3 (трьох) календарних днів з дати отримання Постачальником Заявки. Заявка є невід’ємною частиною Договору, в якій зазначається найменування та асортимент Товару, кількість (обсяг) партії поставки, місце поставки тощо. Постачальник гарантує, що товар, який постачається за цим Договором, не є товаром походженням з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран.Договір діє протягом 20 календарних днів з дати його підписання Сторонами. Оплата Товару здійснюється впродовж 5 п’яти календарних днів з моменту отримання Товару Покупцем.
