Original language: ukТермін поставки Товару до 31 травня 2026 року. Місце поставки товару : 42500, Сумська область, Роменський район, с-ще Липова Долина, вул. Полтавська,18. Якість Товару, що постачається повинна відповідати ДСТУ 7688:2015 « Паливо дизельне Євро. Технічні умови» або Технічному регламенту щодо вимог до автомобільних бензинів, дизельного, суднових та котельних палив, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 01.08.2013 № 927. Постачальник відповідає за належну якість Товару. Термін дії талонів/скретч-карток має складати не менше 1 року або мати необмежений термін дії. У разі закінчення терміну строку дії невикористаних Замовником талонів, Постачальник проводить їх обмін на аналогічні з незакінченим строком дії без додаткової за це оплати Покупця, або продовжує термін їх використання протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів, з дня звернення Покупця з претензією до Постачальника на офіційну електронну адресу
