Diesel fuel (Euro 5), card

The quality of diesel fuel must comply with the standards DSTU 7688:2015 "Euro Diesel Fuel. Technical Conditions" and the Technical Regulation on requirements for motor gasoline, diesel, marine and fuel oil, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 01.08.2013 No. 927. The quality of the Goods must comply with the technical requirements of the manufacturer, State Standards of Ukraine, European standards for this type of Goods (petroleum products), in accordance with the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine and is confirmed by the relevant quality passports. To confirm compliance of the Goods with the state standards of Ukraine, the Participant must provide certificates of conformity of Ukrainian certification systems for the proposed Goods, valid on the date of opening of proposals, as part of the proposal. The goods must comply with the requirements of DSTU and/or EN and/or GOST, in accordance with the standards for this type of Goods (petroleum products), and the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine. The Participant must dispense fuel through a stationary network of gas stations (filling stations) daily and around the clock, including weekends and holidays. The purchase will be made using fuel cards at the Participant's gas stations, which are valid within the Participant's gas station network throughout Ukraine and must be in the city of Shostka. Payments are made by the Buyer transferring funds to the Supplier's bank account upon receipt of the goods, with the possibility of deferred payment up to 30 calendar days.
