С проектното решение се цели извършване на пълен ремонт на посочените участъци като се подобрят надлъжните и напречни наклони, носимоспособността на пътната конструкция, отводняването от повърхностни води. Да се изготви геодезическо заснемане. Да се изготви подробен трасировъчен чертеж, координатен регистър. Подмяна и реконструкция на Уличното осветление с енергоспестяващи осветителни тела. Отводняване на улицата от повърхностите дъждовни води. Категория на строежа: Съгласно Наредба №1 от 30.07.2003 год. за номенклатурата на видовете строежи, обекта е: трета категория Общата цел на настоящата обществена поръчка е изграждане на транспортна инфраструктура за осигуряване на достъп до бъдещи и настоящи производствени обекти, изграждане на водоправод и канализация. Обектът е на територията на бившето промишлено предприятие за производство на азотни торове в разположено на изток от град Стара Загора. Територията на АТЗ граничи на север с републикански път II-66, на запад с общински път за с. Калитиново, а на изток и юг с полски пътища и земеделски територии.
