Η έγκαιρη και άρτια εκτέλεση του Έργου «ΣΥΖΕΥΞΙΣ ΙΙ» απαιτεί μια σειρά από συντονισμένες ενέργειες διαχείρισης και παρακολούθησης, τις οποίες θα αναλάβει να υλοποιήσει ο Σύμβουλος Τεχνικής Υποστήριξης (ΣΤΥ) στο πλαίσιο του παρόντος έργου. Ο ΣΤΥ θα παρέχει υπηρεσίες τεχνικής υποστήριξης (υπηρεσίες διαχείρισης και παρακολούθησης, τεχνικής βοήθειας, ελέγχου και αξιολόγησης) έτσι ώστε να εξασφαλισθεί η αποτελεσματική υλοποίηση του έργου σε όρους χρονικής συνέπειας και ποιότητας των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών και εν γένει αποτελεσμάτων.
