Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η δημιουργία της Πύλης Συναλλαγών Πολίτη-Δημοσίου μέσα από την οποία θα μπορούν οι πολίτες να δουν τις οφειλές τους αλλά και τα επιδόματα/voucher που δικαιούνται και θα έχουν τη δυνατότητα να τις πληρώσουν με διάφορους προσφερόμενους τρόπους με ταχύτητα και ασφάλεια. Στο πλαίσιο του Έργου θα αναπτυχθούν όλοι οι απαραίτητοι πληροφοριακοί και τεχνολογικοί μηχανισμοί και θα παρασχεθούν οι απαιτούμενες υπηρεσίες προκειμένου να επιτευχθεί η συνολική στόχευση του Έργου. Ιδίως περιλαμβάνονται τα εξής : • Κεντρικά συστήματα διαχείρισης στοιχείων των πολιτών, συναίνεσης και ειδοποιήσεων • Κεντρικό σύστημα Διαχείρισης Πληρωμών και επιδομάτων με δυνατότητα πληρωμών • Κανάλια διάδρασης των χρηστών με το σύστημα μέσω διαδικτύου, call center ενώ η χρήση σε φορητές συσκευές θα εξασφαλίζεται μέσω διαλειτουργικότητας με το Gov.gr wallet, • Περιφερειακά συστήματα διαλειτουργικότητας, κανόνων και Πληροφοριών • Δυνατότητα παρουσίασης Οφειλής για αρχειοθέτηση Στο Έργο περιλαμβάνονται και όποιες υπηρεσίες, συστήματα και υποδομές είναι απαραίτητες για την επιτυχή υλοποίηση και λειτουργία του Έργου όπως ιδίως υπηρεσίες διαχείρισης έργου και διασφάλισης ποιότητας, μελέτης εφαρμογής, εκπαίδευσης, πιλοτικής και παραγωγικής λειτουργίας και εγγύησης / συντήρησης, άλλες ειδικότερες μελέτες που θα απαιτηθούν κ.α.
